Non-accessible content
We are committed to creating a website experience that is as friendly and accessible as possible for all users. Currently, we are actively optimizing and addressing accessibility features. Below is a list of known accessibility issues we have identified, categorized by priority level based on their impact, for your reference.
We understand that accessibility is an ongoing effort. Therefore, the issues listed are not exhaustive — we are continuously working on improvements and will update the progress accordingly.
Known Limitations
High-Priority Issues
- Keyboard Navigation Issues
Focus Misplacement: When navigating the site using a keyboard, focus may incorrectly shift behind fixed elements at the bottom of the page (such as the cookie consent banner or region switcher), disrupting the user flow.
Insufficient Focus Visibility: Some interactive components do not provide a clear visual indicator when they receive keyboard focus, making it difficult for keyboard users to determine where the current focus is.
- Missing Alternative Text
Some images on product pages currently lack meaningful alternative text descriptions, which may prevent screen reader users from receiving complete information.
- Incomplete Name–Role–Value Definitions
Interactive components that are visually presented but not properly labeled with their role, name, or state may not be correctly recognized or conveyed by assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers).
Medium-Priority Issues
- Insufficient Color Contrast
Some text and background color combinations have a contrast ratio below the recommended 4.5:1 standard, which may reduce readability for users with low vision.
- Inconsistent Focus Styles
Clickable elements (such as buttons and links) may not display distinct visual changes (e.g., outlines, shadows, or color changes) when focused, making it harder for keyboard users to locate interactive items.
- Lack of Multimedia Accessibility Features
Some videos currently lack subtitles, and audio description functionality has not yet been implemented. Subtitles are being added progressively.
Low-Priority Issues
- Disorganized Heading Structure
Some page titles lack descriptive meaning, and heading levels (<h1> to <h6>) are not always used in a logical order, which may confuse screen reader navigation.
- Unstable Content and Flickering Effects
A few pages contain automatic scrolling or flickering effects, which can distract users or potentially trigger discomfort for individuals with photosensitive epilepsy.
- Limited Animation Control
Certain animated elements (e.g., data visualizations or charts) do not currently support pause, stop, or hide functions, which may impact usability for some users.
The above issues represent the accessibility limitations currently known to us. We are committed to reviewing and fixing these problems, and we will continue to expand our testing and integrate user feedback to improve overall accessibility.
If you encounter any additional barriers or have suggestions, we welcome you to contact us at any time. Your feedback is a valuable part of our ongoing efforts to build a more inclusive and user-friendly website.
