#ColorProWithMe 2025 Campaign Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING. MANY WILL ENTER, FEW WILL WIN. OPEN ONLY TO THOSE WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

The #ColorProWithMe 2025 Campaign (“Campaign”) is held by ViewSonic (“Administrator”) and is supported by ViewSonic’s monthly partners (“Partners” and each, a “Partner”). Each Partner will participate in the campaign by providing the relevant theme for their specific month, as defined within the Campaign. Further, each Partner has its own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to which entrants must comply when registering to participate in the Campaign.

CAMPAIGN PERIOD:

The Campaign begins on April 1, 2025, and runs through December 31, 2025. Each month, the theme and associated activities will be announced.

ELIGIBILITY:

This Campaign is offered only to those who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.  Entrants profile must be set to public. Employees of Partners, Administrator, and any of their respective owners, parent companies, affiliates, directors, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, advertising, Campaign and production agencies, agents (collectively, the “Campaign Entities”), their immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the “steps” of each), and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. Void where prohibited or restricted by the law of the entrant's country of residence. This Campaign is subject to all relevant laws and regulations of the respective countries or jurisdictions of the participants. Participation constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Partners and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Entrants and/or potential winners may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility as required by the Partners or Administrator.

PRIZE: Winners receive a ColorPro VP2768a-4K . Prizes are non-transferable with no cash alternative. To be considered as one of the top three finalists, proof of originality is required. This proof should include editable files from the contestant’s design software, creative process documentation, and/or screenshots.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

  • Stage 1 - Submit Your Artwork:
    • Each month, entrants are invited to submit their artwork based on the designated #ColorProWithMe Theme of the month.
    • To be eligible, entries must include the relevant hashtag for the month, e.g., #ColorProWithMe @ColorPro #[Month’s Theme] @[ColorPro Partner of the month].
  • Stage 2 - Selection of Artworks:
    • The ColorPro team will review all submissions and select artworks to be featured in the Story Highlight on ColorPro’s official Instagram account.
    • The Partner of the month will then choose one (1) artwork from the featured submissions to move onto the final voting round for that month.
  • Stage 3 - Voting Round:
    • At the end of the Campaign, one winning artwork from each month (totaling 9 artworks) will compete in the final voting round on ColorPro’s Instagram Stories.
    • he artwork with the most reactions (likes, comments, shares, etc.) will be crowned as the #ColorProWithMe Winner of 2025 and awarded the grand prize.

NOTE:

  • Artists may submit more than one artwork per month.
  • If selected for the second round, other contestants' artworks will be prioritized for the following months to ensure new participants have a chance to progress.
  • In the event that the Partner of the month is unable to choose the artwork, the ColorPro team will assume responsibility for the selection process.
  • The Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be manipulating the voting process.

PRIZE:

  • The #ColorProWithMe Winner of 2025 will receive a VP2456A Monitor from Administrator. There is only one prize for the entire #ColorProWithMe campaign.

PRIZE USE AND RIGHTS:

  • If an entrant's artwork is selected to move on to the second phase, they must provide their artwork file directly to Administrator as part of the selection process. Failure to submit the artwork may result in disqualification from further participation.
  • By participating, entrants explicitly agree that their submitted artwork will be used exclusively for the #ColorProWithMe campaign. The Administrator reserves the full right to share, repost, promote, and use the artwork across all platforms and communications related to the campaign, including but not limited to social media, promotional materials, and digital content. Entrants acknowledge that no additional compensation or rights will be granted for such usage.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

  • There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Administrator reserves the right to substitute at its sole discretion without further notice similar prizes of equal or greater value.
  • The winner will be notified via their Instagram inbox. Once the Administrator receives a direct message from the winner with their postal address and contact details, the Administrator will endeavor to dispatch the prize within 60 days. However, the Administrator shall not be liable for any delay in, or failure to send a prize, if such delay or failure arises from any cause beyond its reasonable control.
  • If the winner fails to respond within 10 days of being notified or cannot be contacted for any reason, their prize entitlement will be forfeited. The Administrator then reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner, selected under the same process as the original.
  • Only one prize can be won by any person.
  • The Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it reasonably believes has violated the terms and conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or attempted to unfairly influence the outcome of the Campaign.

PUBLICITY:

  • It is a condition of entry that the winner agrees to take part in any publicity that may arise as a result of this campaign. Confirmed winner's name may be announced via social media posts or otherwise published by the Administrator in any other media.
  • By submitting their details, entrants agree that the Administrator may publish the contest and their names and may use their personal data for the above purposes. The Administrator will not share your personal data with any third-party companies. All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

SOCIAL MEDIA:

  • The Administrator is under no obligation to respond to mentions, replies, or direct messages on social media and is not responsible for any content that has been altered, misrepresented, or repurposed via reposts or shares by third-party users.
  • The Administrator is not liable for the terms and conditions, privacy policies, or content of any external websites linked or referenced in its social media updates. Users should review the policies of third-party sites before engaging.
  • The Administrator reserves all rights relating to its social media pages, including but not limited to: (i) adding, removing, or modifying any content posted on the account, (ii) restricting, blocking, or banning users who violate community guidelines or engage in inappropriate behavior; and (iii) discontinuing the account at any time.

DECISIONS:

  • All decisions made by the Administrator regarding the Campaign are final, binding, and non-negotiable. No correspondence, appeals, or disputes will be entertained.

DISCLAIMER:

  • This campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. By entering the Campaign, all participants agree to give Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram a complete release from any and all legal liability in connection with the campaign.
  • The Administrator will not notify individual entrants if they have been unsuccessful in the Campaign. Participants are responsible for monitoring official announcements.
  • The Administrator accepts no liability for submissions lost, corrupted, delayed, or misdirected due to electronic transmission errors, network failures, or technical malfunctions beyond its control. Participants are advised to retain copies of their entries to avoid potential loss.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION:

  • The Administrator reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, or supersede the campaign (including altering prizes) if, in the sole discretion of the Administrator, the campaign is not capable of being conducted as specified.
  • The Administrator reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions of this campaign at any time without prior notice. Any updates or modifications will be officially announced and published on this page, and participants are responsible for reviewing any changes.
  • In the event of cancellation, modification, or early termination, the Administrator bears no liability for any claims, damages, or losses incurred by participants.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By participating in this Campaign, entrants agree that the Campaign Entities, and their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, Web masters and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, shareholders, designees and agents (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage due, or undeliverable email notifications or postal mail.
  • Any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability
  • Garbled, corrupt, or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/Website/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion.
  • Any technical, mechanical, printing, typographical or other error
  • Unauthorized human intervention
  • The loss, access, or acquisition without authorization, or incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information.
  • The failure to capture, or loss or disclosure of, any such information.

The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any Website users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Campaign and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access or acquisition of the Website, any Campaign-related website(s), or Entrant information. The Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to participants or any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Campaign and/or accepting or using a prize. The Released Parties shall not be responsible or liable for entries that are entered by any automated computer, program, mechanism or device, for any entries in excess of the stated limit or for entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules (The artwork must be created, engineered, imagined, or directed by a human or group of humans, or any method involving humans in the artistic direction; Generated Art image created in the “style of” other artists, even with explicit authorization and copyright, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.), and all such entries may, at the Administrator or Partners’ sole discretion, be disqualified. If, for any reason, the Campaign is not capable of running as planned, the Administrator or Partner reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign and/or proceed with the Campaign, including the selection of winners, in a manner it deems fair and reasonable. In no event will more prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules. In the event that, due to technical, typographical, mechanical, or other errors, there are more winners than are stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing among the shortlisted Entrants will be held to determine the winners. If for any reason, including but not limited to an administrative, printing, production, computer, or other error or due to technical difficulties or incorrect announcements of any kind, more winning messages are distributed, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded according to these Official Rules, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received. This Campaign is subject to all relevant laws and regulations of the respective countries or jurisdictions of the participants.

By entering the Campaign, each entrant agrees:

i. To be bound by these Official Rules and by all applicable laws and by the decisions of Partners and Administrator, which shall be binding and final.
ii. To waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules.
iii. To waive all of their rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Campaign; and
iv. To forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable outside attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with:
a. The Campaign, including but not limited to any Campaign-related activity or element thereof, and the Entrant’s #ColorProWithMe campaign entries, including any information provided, participation, or inability to participate in the Campaign.
b. The violation of any third-party privacy, data security, personal, publicity, or proprietary rights.
c. Typographical or printing errors in these Official Rules or any Campaign materials.
d. Acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence, or willful misconduct in connection with the use of a prize (or any component thereof)
e. Any change in the prizing (or any components thereof) due to unavailability or due to reasons beyond Administrator’s or Partner’s control, including but not limited to by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not such action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened or actual terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot or any other cause beyond any of the Released Parties’ control, or as otherwise permitted in these Official Rules
f. Any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation, or modification of the Campaign
g. Human error
h. Incorrect, unauthorized, or inaccurate transcription, receipt, or transmission of any part of any #ColorProWithMe campaign entry (including, without limitation, the registration information, or any parts thereof)
i. Any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Website or any telephone network, computer system, computer online system, mobile device, computer timing and/or dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider, or mail service utilized by any of the Released Parties or by an Entrant
j. Interruption or inability to access the Campaign, the Website, any other Campaign -related websites, or any online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems.
k. Any damage to the entrant’s (or any third person’s) equipment used to access the Campaign and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Campaign.
l. Any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions
n. Any late, lost, stolen, mutilated, misdirected, delayed, garbled, corrupted, destroyed, incomplete, undeliverable, or damaged Entries.
m. Any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties
o. Lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof), or
p. Negligence or willful misconduct by entrant.

Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Campaign, including the Website and prize, is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. Check local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions.

DISPUTES:

THIS CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY AND WILL BE CONSTRUED SOLELY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF TAIWAN AND SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE NEW TAIPEI DISTRICT COURT OF TAIWAN. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY ENTRANT AND/OR CAMPAIGN ENTITIES AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS FROM THE END OF THE CAMPAIGN PERIOD, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.
Further, Entrants hereby waive all rights, to: (i) claim punitive, exemplary, special, incidental, indirect, and consequential damages and any other damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise), other than for actual out-of-pocket costs; and (ii) have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Entrants agree that the rights and obligations of any Entrant and/or Campaign Entities and/or any other party shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Any information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Campaign will be collected by the Administrator and its designee and used by the Administrator, Partners, and their affiliates, designees, agents, and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Campaign as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with administrator’s Privacy Policy as stated at https://www.viewsonic.com/privacy-policy. The foregoing notwithstanding, every entrant’s first name, last name, and email address will be shared with Partners and the Partner’s marketing partners for the sole purpose of subsequent email notification for each marketing partner’s respective future marketing and promotional campaigns, contact, and granting premium membership for the Campaign. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that by participating in this Campaign, their first name, last name, and email address will be collected and shared with Partners and their marketing partners.

All ORIGINAL WORK BY ENTRANT:

i. Each entrant hereby represents, covenants and warrants that the entrant will independently produce, provide, complete and deliver the work and the material contained in the entrant’s entry for the Campaign (such as photos and/or videos) via the entrant’s original work, free of plagiarism or infringement of any copyright, right of privacy, proprietary right, right of publicity or any other right of any third party, and that the copyright owner of the aforesaid work the material belongs solely to the entrant (“Entrant’s Covenant”). Each entrant further represents, covenants, and warrants that the entrant will cooperate with the Administrator and shall immediately defend and indemnify the Administrator at the entrant’s sole costs in the event of any breach of the Entrant’s Covenant or the event that any complaints, claims, or litigations should arise claiming that the entrant’s aforesaid work and material, in whole or in part, infringes any copyright, right of privacy, proprietary right, right of publicity or any other right of any third party.

For the purpose of clarification, if the aforesaid work and material include any music, song performance, or post-production element, the aforesaid element does not need to be the original work of the entrant; However, the entrant shall ensure and hereby represents, covenants, and warrants that the aforesaid element has been used under lawful licenses from all related copyright owners, enabling the entrant’s entry for the Campaign and enabling all further uses by the Administrator for the Campaign without the need of any additional license form the copyright owner.

GENERAL:

Any attempted form of participation in this Campaign other than as described herein is void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the #ColorProWithMe Winner of 2025 will be declared as the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to submit the entry for #ColorProWithMe campaign. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who created and manages the Instagram account, as determined by Instagram’s verification and account ownership policies. If necessary, proof of account ownership may be required. The Partners and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any individual found, in their sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Campaign; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner; or to be acting with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the Campaign.

CAUTION AND WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CAMPAIGN IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE ADMINISTRATOR AND PARTNERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such a manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the prize documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Partners’ and/or the Administrator’s interpretation of these Official Rules is final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign. Administrator, Partners, or Released Party’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All the #ColorProWithMe entries and/or materials submitted become the property of the Administrator and will not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any Campaign details contained in these Official Rules and Campaign details contained in any promotional materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotional media), the details of the Campaign as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. The Administrator reserves the right to modify and terminate this Campaign’s terms and conditions at any time without further informing participants.
